Born and raised in New England, Chef Nicole is an internationally sought-after, traveling private chef. She recently moved to Madeira; her passion for food began at a young age, when she helped her grandparents harvest crops on their small plot of land in the Berkshires.
In addition, she has held the reins in some of Boston’s finest kitchens and worked alongside top chefs, elevating her experience to a world-class level. After the pandemic, her career shifted away from the restaurant world to focus on “farm-to-table” dinners for The Farmers Dinner, private cooking services, and even traveling to the jungles of Costa Rica to cook for retreats.
She is currently continuing her culinary journey abroad for private clients, continuing to learn, grow, and live out her motto and concept for private dinners: “Savoring The Thyme.”
