These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of yoga courses, workshops, prevention courses and other services that are concluded via my website.<\/p>\n\n

By completing the booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n

2. benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

I offer the following services:<\/p>\n\n

  • Online courses and workshops (live transmission via Zoom on fixed dates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Classroom courses and workshops at specified venues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Children’s and prevention courses (partly in mixed age groups)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The type, scope, content and dates can be found in the respective course description on my website.<\/p>\n\n

    The consent of a parent or legal guardian is required for underage participants.<\/p>\n\n

    \n\n

    3 Conclusion of contract and terms of payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    The contract is concluded upon completion of the online booking process and the automated booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

    All prices are final prices. Value added tax is only shown if it is legally applicable. Certain services may be exempt from VAT in accordance with the applicable tax regulations. <\/p>\n\n

    Payment is made via the payment methods offered (e.g. PayPal or credit card via Stripe).<\/p>\n\n

    Participation is only possible after full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n

    4. no right of withdrawal for fixed dates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    When booking services in the leisure sector that take place on a fixed date or period (e.g. yoga courses, workshops or live online courses), there is no statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n

    This corresponds to the applicable consumer protection regulations within the European Union.<\/p>\n\n

    Instead, the cancellation and transfer regulations mentioned under point 5 apply.<\/p>\n\n

    5 Cancellation and transfer of the booking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    Online courses (live via Zoom)<\/strong>Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the course.No refunds will be made in the event of late cancellation or no-show.<\/p>\n\n

    Classroom courses and workshops<\/strong>Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the course.No refunds will be made for later cancellations or no-shows.<\/p>\n\n

    Children’s and prevention courses<\/strong>Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the course.If canceled later, the full course fee will be charged.<\/p>\n\n

    Transfer of booking<\/strong>A transfer of the booked place to another person is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the course at the latest.<\/p>\n\n

    Prerequisites:<\/p>\n\n

    • Notification by e-mail in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The substitute will participate under the same conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      A refund is excluded.<\/p>\n\n

      6. rejection by the provider<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

      If a course is canceled for important reasons (e.g. illness, force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants), any payments already made will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n\n

      There are no further claims.<\/p>\n\n

      7. liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

      Participation in the courses is at your own risk. Normal physical and mental resilience is required. <\/p>\n\n

      I am not liable for damages resulting from improper performance of exercises.<\/p>\n\n

      I shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.<\/p>\n\n

      In the case of children’s courses, the duty of supervision is limited to the duration of the event. Outside of these times, responsibility lies with the parents or legal guardians. <\/p>\n\n

      8. copyright<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

      All course content, videos, materials and documents are protected by copyright.<\/p>\n\n

      Distribution, reproduction or publication without express consent is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n

      9. data protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

      Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n
