He had come across Paul do Mar &#8211; and initially thought it was just a sleepy village where nothing much happens. But then he saw that I was offering yoga here.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He asked if I could tell him something about my work.<br\/>And of course I could. Because for me, Paul do Mar is much more than a quiet fishing village. It is a place full of energy, contrasts and small wonders. I told him about my journey here, how I started teaching yoga and what makes this place so special for me. I sent him a few pictures &#8211; and then it was quiet for a while. A few months later, I was actually holding his travel guide in my hand &#8211; and there was a whole page about me: <em style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Yoga Lena do Mar<\/em>. That was a moment that touched me deeply. Not because I was in print somewhere &#8211; but because I realized that my small offering had found its place here on this island. That people see it.       <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>And then came the best part:<br\/><\/b>The first yoga students stood in front of me and said that they had discovered me in the guidebook &#8211; and that&#8217;s why they were visiting my class. That was a very special feeling. Not because of the guidebook itself, but because something I had built with my heart had found its way to others.
