We perceive and feel inside ourselves without any expectations. The body usually has a lot to say, we just have to take the time to listen. We then intuitively select the colors and start to create our personal mandala tailored to the moment using the dot tool. Accompanied by relaxing music, let your imagination run wild. You will then be given an overview of the seven chakras and their meanings so that you can reflect once again on which energy channels may have been particularly active and what you will take away from the workshop today. Maybe you didn&#8217;t feel much during the meditation &#8211; that&#8217;s perfectly fine. Because there&#8217;s one thing you&#8217;ll definitely be taking with you: your self-designed mandala dot stone. <\/sup><\/p>\n<p><sup>Water and tea are provided.<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><strong><sup>Location.<\/sup><\/strong><sup><br \/>\nThe course takes place outdoors.
