We start with a short meditation, familiarize ourselves with the breathtaking surroundings and arrive completely in the here and now.
\nWe then warm up our bodies with gentle movements and let go of everything that has occupied us during the day.
\nAs the sun slowly sinks towards the horizon, we flow through a few rounds of sun salutations or moon salutations and then – depending on the theme, desire or mood of the group – immerse ourselves in various asanas.
\nWe connect with our deep self, leave the day behind us, feel ourselves in the moment – and simply switch off.
\nA yoga class that you will definitely not forget.
\nFinally, we relax in Savasana and end the class with a short meditation or breathing exercise. We enjoy the warm evening sun and let the day come to an end – with a view of the sea, in which the sun slowly sinks, while the sky begins its magical play of colors.<\/sup><\/p>\n
