The course of your private yoga class is entirely based on your wishes – I design the class individually, respond to your needs and of course also like to bring in my own impulses.
\nIf you like, I can structure the class in the same way as I do in my regular classes: We start with a short meditation, gently get your body moving and then flow through selected asanas – depending on your energy, the time of day or your mood. At the end, a soothing relaxation awaits you so that you feel completely at ease.
\nAre you looking for a very special experience?
\nThen we can also combine your yoga class with a short hike – yoga in the middle of nature, with views that touch you. Or you can combine your private session with a mandala workshop – for even more creative depth and inner peace.
