The course of a private yoga class depends entirely on your wishes – I design the class individually, respond to your needs and, of course, am also happy to bring in my own ideas. \nIf you wish, I can structure the class in the same way as I do in my regular classes: we start with a short meditation, gently get the body moving and then flow through selected asanas – depending on the energy, time of day or mood. At the end, of course, there is a soothing relaxation so that you feel completely at ease.

\nThen we can also combine the yoga class with a short hike – yoga in the middle of nature, with views that touch you. Or you can combine your private session with a mandala workshop – for even more creative depth and inner peace.
