Certified online prevention course 8-week online course with health insurance coverage – conscious breathing, movement and relaxation
In my 8-week online yoga course, participants discover the basics of hatha yoga – gently, mindfully and suitable for everyday life. The course is aimed at beginners who want to get to know yoga for the first time, as well as people with some yoga experience who want to deepen their practice or make it more conscious.
Once a week we meet live via Zoom for 60 minutes. Each session follows a familiar structure: Arrival, introduction to the topic, warm-up, asanas (postures), relaxation and a calm conclusion.
The focus is on topics such as stress reduction, back health, balance, digestion, heart opening, hip mobility, shoulders/neck and mindfulness. The exercises are designed in such a way that they are also easy to use in everyday life.
Whether you want to join in actively or keep to yourself – everything is welcome.

My online children’s yoga course – move playfully, calm down and grow together
My course is aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 12 – regardless of whether they are lively, dreamy or simply curious about yoga. Children’s yoga is colorful, moving and beneficial – for body, mind and heart.
Each class follows a familiar routine that gives the children security and orientation.
I start each session with a short arrival phase – for example with a 1-minute challenge in which the children listen to the sounds around them or follow their breathing. Afterwards, we get in the mood with a long, powerful “Ooooommm” – a fixed ritual that leads to calm and makes it easier to get started.
Then we warm up the body – for example with the sun salutation or playful movements. I then lead the children into the asanas: sometimes embedded in a story, sometimes on a theme such as “balance”, “courage” or “strength”. It can be loud, quiet, funny and powerful – in my course there is room for expression, energy and also for silence.
At the end, there is always a little relaxation – such as the popular spaghetti game while lying down or simple breathing exercises that the children can easily take with them into their everyday lives.
Genuine connection is also created online: Sharing with each other is important to me – the children are allowed to find their voice, speak to the mic, listen, show themselves. This creates a valuable group dynamic despite the screen.
Parents are welcome to join in! Their presence is particularly valuable in the first and last five minutes – as a role model and to support the transfer to everyday life.

We start with a short meditation, arrive in our own space and consciously leave the day behind us. All you need is your mat, a little peace and quiet – and yourself.
We use gentle, guided movements to warm up the body, release tension and let go of everything that has built up during the day. I also guide you through each exercise online with clear instructions – personally and at your own pace.
We then flow into different asanas, tailored to the mood of the evening. You can let go, calm down and come back to yourself.
This online yoga class is like a little vacation for body, mind and soul – right in your own home.
To finish, we relax in Savasana, enjoy the silence or gentle sounds and let the evening come to a peaceful end. A short meditation or breathing exercise rounds off the class – and you go into the rest of your evening feeling relaxed, light and relaxed.
