Welcome to Madeira!

I have taken the plunge - my new life begins on Madeira. Here I find space to breathe, to arrive, to be. Between the sound of the sea and the silence of the mountains, my everyday life grows in mindfulness. Yoga accompanies me every day - on the mat and in life. I learn to slow down, to listen, to really feel. The island invites you to live in the moment - without haste, without noise. In my notes, I share thoughts, rituals and little island stories. Inspiration for a conscious life - linked to my work with children, online and in Germany, where I continue to run regular workshops and projects.
