We start in a very relaxed way – with gentle, swaying movements in the swing. This is how you arrive, feel yourself, take a deep breath and leave everyday life behind you.
Then we continue with powerful exercises that activate and strengthen the whole body – all in the swing, which holds you securely and challenges you at the same time.
We then flow into classic asanas, which we experience in a completely new way with the support of the swing: Some poses may challenge you more than on the mat – others, however, suddenly become very easy thanks to the floating.
Of course, the playful part is also a must: We awaken our inner child, do flip overs, laugh, have fun – and feel this special mixture of lightness and adventure.
Then we simply let go of everything – literally hang out – and experience this liberating feeling that is all too rare.
Finally, a deeply relaxed Savasana in the swing awaits you – supported, safe, accompanied by the sound of the sea in the background.
A moment of pure tranquillity – to reflect, dream and simply be.
