General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Cancellation Policy
1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our website, as well as to the booking of online and offline yoga courses, workshops, prevention courses and other services.

By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. benefits
Online courses and workshops: Booking includes access to yoga and other classes delivered online via live streams or pre-recorded content.
Classroom courses and workshops: Offline courses and workshops are held at agreed venues.
Children’s & prevention courses: a) Prevention courses (online): These courses offer health-promoting content for children, in particular to prevent stress and lack of exercise. Participation requires the consent of a parent or guardian. b) Other children’s courses (face-to-face): In addition to prevention courses, I also offer other child-friendly courses, such as meditation walks. In the case of attendance courses, the duty of supervision lies with the parents or guardians, depending on the agreement, or is assumed by me or the childcare staff (see liability regulations).
Individual agreements: Further services can be agreed individually.
3 Conclusion of contract and terms of payment
The contract is concluded when we confirm the booking.
The prices for the courses and workshops offered are listed on the website. All prices include the statutory value added tax, if applicable.
Tax exemption: Certain courses, in particular prevention courses, may be exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 No. 21 UStG (or another applicable regulation). If a tax exemption applies, this will be indicated accordingly at the time of booking. If a tax exemption applies, this will be indicated accordingly in the booking. A final assessment of the tax exemption is subject to the applicable tax regulations.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
Participation is only possible after receipt of payment.
4. right of withdrawal (according to § 355 BGB)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal.
5 Cancellation conditions
Online courses:
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the course.
No refunds will be made for later cancelations or no-shows.
Classroom courses and workshops:
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the course.
I reserve the right to withhold 50% of the course fees as a cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours before the start of the course.
No refunds will be made for no-shows.
Prevention courses for children:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
Minimum number of participants: The course will only take place if at least 6 children have registered. If this minimum number is not reached, I reserve the right to cancel the course at least one week before the start. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded in full. There are no further claims.
Confirmation of attendance: For prevention courses, a certificate of attendance will only be issued if at least 80% of the course units have been attended. Absences due to illness or proven exceptional circumstances can be taken into account by individual arrangement.
In the event of cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
6. liability
Participation in the courses is at your own risk. Participation in certain courses and events, in particular outdoor activities such as meditation hikes, requires participants to sign a written disclaimer. I am not liable for injuries caused by improper execution of exercises.
For children’s courses, the duty of supervision is transferred to me for the duration of the event. I am not liable for damages caused by unforeseeable events, in particular by force majeure, the behavior of other participants or external influences that lie outside my area of responsibility.
Parents/guardians undertake to sign a written disclaimer if their child participates in the courses without their direct supervision.
My liability for slight negligence is excluded insofar as no cardinal obligations are affected.
7. data protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can find more information in our privacy policy.
8. copyright
All content provided, including videos, materials and course content, is protected by copyright. It may not be passed on or reproduced without our express consent.
9. final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. Revocation of your consent to data processing
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR.
The revocation can be sent by e-mail to info@lenabremm.com or – in the case of the newsletter – by clicking on the unsubscribe link.
This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation.

Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
