Description
We start with a short meditation, familiarize ourselves with the breathtaking surroundings and arrive completely in the here and now.
We then warm up our body with gentle movements and release accumulated tension and negative thoughts – we “take the wind out of the joints”, as they say.
As the sun slowly emerges from behind the mountain, we flow through a few rounds of sun salutations and then move on to different asanas, depending on the theme, desire or mood of the group.
We connect with our deepest self, feel our limits, try out new things and grow beyond ourselves in this inspiring atmosphere.
It’s not just a yoga class – it’s an experience you’re guaranteed not to forget.
Finally, we relax in Savasana, let the sun warm us (most of the time) and listen to the sounds of the harbor and the sound of the sea.
We end the class with a short meditation or breathing exercise – and then start the day relaxed, clear and happy.

Mats can be borrowed but are limited. Drop in class possible. Payment is made in advance, either via the website booking or by individual arrangement.

In case of bad weather, the event will take place indoors. Information will be sent by e-mail. Parking is available on site.
