It’s based on my book “Lose Weight with Chair Yoga” and offers you an easy way to integrate two to three short exercises into your day over four weeks – whether in the morning, during your lunch break, or as an evening ritual.
What awaits you?
This plan contains a balanced combination of gentle mobilization, breathing exercises and strengthening postures – all on the chair. At the weekend, you will also find small mindfulness impulses such as mini meditations, gratitude exercises or mindful walks to help you stick with it and feel more comfortable in your body.
Who is this plan suitable for?
Whether you’re already working with my book or just want to try chair yoga, the plan is suitable for anyone who wants more lightness, stability, and body awareness. It’s especially suitable for beginners, seniors, and people with physical limitations.
The Exercises in the Plan
All the exercises in the plan are part of my book “Lose Weight with Chair Yoga – Including a Downloadable Follow-Up Plan.” There, they are explained step by step – with pictures, effects, and clear instructions. If you don’t have the book yet, you can find it here:
How to use the plan:
Simply download the PDF, print it, or save it to your device. Each week contains the appropriate exercises for Monday through Friday, as well as gentle inspiration for the weekend.
